What are the conditions for free delivery?
Purchases RM500 and above Free Delivery within Malaysia.
When will I receive my orders?
Once your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive your items in 2 to 3 working days.
How can I receive my goods if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you received the note from courier company, kindly call them to reschedule second delivery date or you may call to MM Customer Service Care line : 03-56301188.
How do I send my items to a different address?
You can contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03-5630 1188 to provide further details and our customer service representatives shall make the arrangements for you.
What can I do if the item(s) I purchased is/are defective?
Please inspect your parcel(s) condition and do not accept parcel(s) if found damaged. Kindly contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03-5630 1188 immediately or within 24 hours for necessary arrangement. For late notification to MM Network will not be entertain.
What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase(s)?
Contact MM Network Customer Service Hotline at 03-5630 1188 within 7 days from the date of purchase to let us know about it. We will try our best to understand and arrange for a refund for you.
How do I make payment?
We accept online payment via VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Senang Pay and other third party payment gateway systems.
